Android Setup

From Unknown File to Working App

This clears up the worry about installing an APK from outside the store safely.

Browser First, Store Second

Open the Crownjewelz Casino site in your Android browser, not a search results page, so you land on the real casino and see the app option clearly.

Where Did It Save?

Tap the Android download button and let the 68 MB installation file save to your phone before you open anything from the notification.

One-Time Approval

Your browser will ask once for permission to install from this source; allow it for this one time, then the file can run.

Open It and Sign In

Tap the install prompt and wait for it to finish, then open Crownjewelz Casino and sign in with the account you already use on the site.

Stick to the Store or the Site

Two Trusted Sources. Android players get the file from Google Play or from the casino site itself; Apple owners use the App Store. A copy passed around on social media has no such checking behind it, so skip it.

While You Are Signed In. Whatever leaves your phone on the way to us travels under 128-bit SSL encryption. Card details and account data sit behind that layer in exactly the same way, whether you play on the app or in a browser.

What Does It Want Access To?. Expect camera or storage access only if you upload verification documents, and you can refuse it. Location, contacts and messages are never part of the install; a build asking for them is not ours.

Crownjewelz Casino Holds 91261-1977-R-650847. Behind the download sits a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, number 91261-1977-R-650847. Test labs SIQ, BMM Testlabs and QUINEL audit the games separately, so the payout logic is checked as well as the paperwork.

App Gains

You Have Logged In and Want More Than a Bookmark

Worth reading once the icon sits on your screen and the browser tab feels slow.

Payments and Payouts

Move money over Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly or Klarna; withdrawals land in 18 minutes and the smallest deposit is £7.

Same Account Everywhere

One set of details covers all three: your email address signs you in across the app, the browser and the web app without a new account.

Where Are All the Games?

All 3,057 games from 57 providers sit in one place, filtered the same way whether you play on the sofa or on the train.

Crownjewelz Casino Live Tables

Live dealer tables run full screen on the phone, and deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders stay two taps away while you play.

When It Stalls

It Worked Yesterday, It Will Not Start Today

This settles the four common stalls so you stop guessing and get back to playing.

Wait for It to Load

A blank white screen usually means the install finished but the first launch stalled on loading the games list, and nothing you tap will answer.

Close the app and open it again

Restart the phone, then launch it

The Old Version Keeps Opening

When an older build keeps opening, your phone has cached the previous install; you can tell because the version on screen is not 4.2.1.

Delete the app and install it again

Check the version reads 4.2.1

It Says the Install Is Blocked

Your phone blocks installs from outside its own store until you allow that source once, and the refusal appears right after the file finishes downloading.

Allow the source you downloaded from

Install again, then turn it off

Is My Phone Out of Date?

A system older than the app needs gives no install button at all, which tells you the phone sits under Android 8.0 or iOS 14.

Seven Quick Answers

Downloaded Once, Answered Here

Crownjewelz Casino Ltd keeps one account across app and browser, so nothing changes but the screen.

trustHow long does it take to move my account to the app?+

Yes. Sign in with the email address you registered, and the same balance, bonus and history follow you between the Android app, the iPhone app and the browser. There is nothing extra to set up and no second account to keep track of, because duplicate accounts are closed.

trustDo I need to trust a random APK file?+

Install it only from the source named for your phone, since anything passed around elsewhere carries no assurance. Crownjewelz Casino encrypts every session with 128-bit SSL, and the studio results sit with SIQ, BMM Testlabs and QUINEL.

trustWhen does the app start costing me money?+

Nothing is charged for the app itself, whatever version you take. Your money moves only when you deposit, and the smallest deposit Crownjewelz Casino accepts is £7.

trustWhy does my phone keep buzzing at odd hours?+

Because alerts are optional rather than fixed, you can switch them off as soon as they become noise. Open your phone settings for the app, or the in-app menu, and turn the notifications toggle to off; the app keeps working normally with them silenced.

trustDo I need to set these up again inside the app?+

Yes, and the app carries the same set as the browser: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion. Set them in your account before you play, and any change you make applies wherever you sign in.

trustCan I fit the app on a phone with little space left?+

The Android build takes 68 MB and the iOS build takes the same, so most phones handle it easily. Allow a little headroom for updates, and clear the cache if your storage is tight.

trustDo I need to claim it in one particular place?+

Yes. Join from the app, from the browser or from the web app and the same welcome package applies, with the games it unlocks available across all three. Wagering and validity terms are identical whichever route you pick, so there is no reason to move.
